We ship via Royal Mail for anything under 2KG and sometimes use DHL for anything over 2KG
Shipping is calculated at checkout and the choice of shipping can be chosen.If you are outside UK Mainland we will contact you regarding the additional postage.

If you have paid several postage options but would like your order sent together we will work to do this where possible, however rather than refund the additional postage we will provide items to the value of the additional postage paid. If you would like a refund of postage please contact us, this will be subject to a fee depending on payment method used.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your order but if you are unhappy or have changed your mind on anything we offer returns on all our items
You can return any item within 28 days
Item must be unused and in original condition
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
We do not currently offer exchanges if you would like to exchange your item you will need to send the original item back for a refund and put through a new order for the item you would like.
We only cover return postage for damaged or faulty items.
If you receive damaged items we will refund for the item not replace or we will replace with your next order placed with us.
All orders must be checked upon receipt of delivery and we must be notified within 72 hours of receiving for any damages, missing items or incorrect items. If it is after this day the customer will have to pay return postage and we will send the correct items out upon receipt of the incorrect items. We must be provided with a photo of the packing slip and items received.

This website is owned and operated by Sparkle Craft Vinyl Limited. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Retail sales of crating items. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We will refund by way of shop credit 50% of any of our predrilled snowglobes that leak from the top rim (rim where the lid is) upon receipt of the following evidence
Snowglobe guarantee sticker must stay in place if this is removed it will void the warranty so only remove once you are happy with the item
You must provide us with a video of the leaking rim
You must provide us with your order number and picture of your packing slip
Each of our items will have a snowglobe guarantee sticker on. If this is removed from the item the guarantee will be void.
Once you receive your snowglobe you must notify us with 14 days of any leaks from the rim
We recommend testing the snowlgobe with small amount of solution and leaving it rim down for 48 hours.
Due to the nature of this product there will be items which do leak but we believe them to be very few. We have put the guarantee in place as we no not refund any items which have been used.This includes being tested.

Is Teckwrap & Oracal 651 permanent?Yes both our Teckwrap and 651. vinyl range is permanent. Some items are not recommended for outdoor use and this is stated in the description. Oracal 631 is not permanent. Please note this is not the heat transfer vinyl.
What temperature do I use for the HTV?All our guidelines are on the back of the product label, if you have purchased sheets please contact us and we can help.
What setting should I cut my vinyl on?Settings vary between products and machine so we always recommend a test cut. Please either contact us or join our facebook group for specific help.
What is your printed vinyl range?We have introduced a printed vinyl range which is printed in house. We just a leading brand of printer and all inks used are tested to EN-71/3:2019 Safety of Toys Part3: Migration of certain elements standard The printed parts of our vinyl have a matte effect however our designs may mean you have a variety of matte and gloss effects. We also have a textured range which gives a raised glossy texture on the vinyl. Our vinyl and decals are printed on a permanent vinyl unless stated otherwise.
Where are you based and can I come and browse?We have a warehouse open to the public and are based in Hilsea, Portsmouth. You are more than welcome to come in and browse!
What are your opening hours?Monday - Thursday: 9.30-5 Friday: 9:30-2 Saturday: 9-12
Can I place my order online and collect in store?Yes of course! Please wait for your pick up email to let you know your order is ready for you.
There is something missing or wrong with my order, what shall I do?Don’t worry we will get it sorted for you! However we need to be told within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery and will need photos of the packaging, contents and packaging slip to see what has happened.
Are your products pre order or ready to ship?We do not and have never done preorders. Everything we sell is ready to ship.
What is your turnaround time?We normally operate on a 1-2 working day turnaround on NON PRINTED orders and a 2-3 working day turnaround on orders containing PRINTED ITEMS. This turnaround will sometimes change but this will always be updated on the banner on the website so please check before ordering.
I have chosen 24 hour delivery does this mean I will receive it next day?No, delivery chosen is AFTER turnaround time. Please take this into account when ordering, we would hate for your order to be with you after you needed it for!
I need my order urgently! What shall I do?We always try to help where we can, give us a call or pop us an email before and we will try to accommodate this for you.
Can I add on to my order?As long as your order hasn’t been packed or shipped we will always try to help! Please make sure you contact us before to check and we can double check for you.
I have ordered the wrong item or changed my mind can I return?Yes of course, you have 14 days to let us know if you would like to return an item, this must be unused and in original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage on this and we always recommend tracked. We will refund the item cost as soon as we have it back with us. We only refund return postage on faulty or damaged goods.
Something I want is out of stock, what can I do?We have an email me when back instock request on our website, if you enter that it will notify you as soon as that item is back instock. We work extremely hard to keep high stock levels. We know how important it is to our customers and their business’s, however customer demand can vary and there will be the odd occasion things go out of stock. But don’t worry due to our constant flow of deliveries they will be back again soon!
